Internet Marketing Associate - Los Angeles, CA

Interactive agency seeking highly motivated Internet marketing associate to work in our LA office. This is a unique chance to take a leading role within a rapidly growing Social Media/Interactive agency. Our clients include large advertising agencies, Porsche, Yahoo!, CitySearch, as well as small and medium sized companies in LA and NYC.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for developing Web marketing and social media initiatives for our clients. You will report directly to the Producer/Account Manager. You will need to manage multiple projects and communicate with clients on a daily basis. Specifically:

  • Coordinate client communications on multiple projects
  • Coordinate Internet marketing campaigns for clients
  • Develop new marketing initiatives for existing clients
  • Develop and manage online partnerships for clients
  • Manage micro paid search campaigns for clients including link development (SEO)
  • Research Web marketing opportunities for clients
  • Monitor social networks for marketing opportunities
  • Leverage social networks and video sharing sites to promote clients

Requirements

Must have
  • Strong understanding of Internet marketing, search engines, and social media
  • Proven track record of taking initiative (either at work or school)
  • Creative mind with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication/people skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • 4-year College degree
  • Hands-on experience with Internet marketing or Web development
Good to have
  • Understanding of Web development processes and technologies
  • Experience with visual design, Web design principles, Web usability
  • Understanding Search (PPC/Google AdWords) and Search Engine Optimization
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or dynamic Website development
  • Advertising or marketing agency background
  • Heavy social media user and passion for Interactive
